The RP Diet app is unbelievably easy to use. I hate math and calculations and you do not have to think when using the app - it's so easy. I love how you can view your stats at any time - it gives you an extra boost of motivation. I enjoy the simplicity of being able to scan barcodes and how a little picture of the item comes up with it. I love how you can save your food combinations so it makes prepping that much faster and easier. The app is so efficient and I will use the app for the rest of my life.

I'm a big fan of the RP social media accounts for motivation and seeing other members’ transformations and cheering them on. RP is brings people together - it's like a little community and it’s amazing.

I really enjoyed that it told me WHEN to eat, as well as HOW MUCH to eat with each meal. In the past, I have gotten generic help, and would end up either eating all my food allowance by noon, or be stuck shoveling 4 plates of food in my mouth at 10 PM. RP realizes that while you are changing, your diet needs to changes with you. Making me check in frequently helps with consistency to stick to a plan I set out to accomplish.

My son (first child!) was born and I very quickly was getting a "dad bod” and wanted to set a healthy example for my son, as well as be able to do all activities with him without my weight/fitness holding me back. My heaviest was 208 pounds, and I am now around 180 pounds.
