Consistency over perfection is a true statement. Even with my failures on a handful of meals, I was still able to accomplish my goal. The biggest takeaway for me from the challenge was that I've learned a lot about myself—I have the self-discipline, knowledge, and grit to be successful. I've learned so much and how to adapt to different circumstances.
